Job Description
Job profile - Be the Business Development Director for this mid size systems Integrator and BPO Outsourcing company. Lead the engagement on new business wins around software deployment and application outsourcing assignments focused on Enterprise CRM solutions.
Company Information - This client is a multinational business that employs around 6000 staff, they are currently expanding the UK / European business and are looking to appoint a senior sales individual capable of developing "C" level relationships within FTSE 100 size clients. They have a large platform capable of delivering on outsourcing and delivery across offshore, blended and onshore capability.
Experience & Qualifications - It is essential that you are an experienced strategic business developer. You boast a successful track record of securing new business wins and are able to articulate an IT BPO proposition / Enterprise engagement across UK and EMEA.
Benefits - This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that would provide an opportunity to be part of a significant investment in the sales function of the business. The role longer term is to be part of the global General management team and as such would take over management and staff development responsibilities.
Location: London HQ but UK focus. Location is not important - mobile and home working.
Salary: up to £120K neg
OTE: £220K plus, uncapped
