Sales Director - Private Equity Backed Outsourcing Specialist
Central London
Six Figure Package plus Equity
A leading UK-based private equity firm is seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Director to work with the Board to drive the growth of an exciting new business specialising in the provision of outsourcing solutions to SMEs within the UK services sector.
The company originates from a Group of services business which has been created through acquisition over the last two years. Given the rapid expansion of the Group, a highly successful change programme was undertaken to consolidate each subsidiary's back office functions into a shared service centre which now also provides its services to external clients.
Since this transformation, the Company has experienced very high demand for its services from SMEs, and in light of this emerging opportunity, the Board has decided to convert the shared service centre into a stand-alone entity and is now looking to invest in the business and strengthen its management team.
As the Sales Director you will be responsible for:
- Helping the Board to create the Company's strategic vision
- Identifying the business' unique selling points and refining its service offering
- Defining the Company's market strategy
- Leading the Company's sales and business development efforts
- Working with the CFO to create a long term business plan
To be considered for this position you will have a proven track record of scoping and executing strategic sales to the boards of SMEs and Corporates.
As the Sales Director you should also be highly motivated and ambitious, and excited by the prospect of joining an entrepreneurial and fast-paced business, with an opportunity to help drive the business towards a successful exit event within a 3-5 year horizon.
