My client is looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Director to be based in Sheffield.
With a growing reputation within the UK marketplace the board is looking to capitalise on increased demand and growth opportunities through the appointment of a Sales and Marketing Director. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- Maximising sales of existing products and services through existing channels and markets
- Assessing and defining opportunities for growth and development across new markets
- Leading, training and developing the sales and marketing team
- Providing input into the strategic business plan as part of the executive team
- Key Account management and channel partner development
- Delivery of top and bottom line growth through a defined and well managed sales strategy
This is an exciting opportunity where your tactical and strategic input will be instrumental in the management, direction and success of the Connexion2 business. As such we require an experienced, high calibre individual with a broad range of sales and marketing skills gained within a progressive B2B organisation. An outstanding communicator and motivator you will have a track record of personal and team led sales results in expanding, dynamic environments. It is essential that you have worked as part of the senior management team having developed clear strategies and processes that helped shape and monitor company performance.
