New appointment with specialist Search and Social Media Agency

Location - London or East Anglia

Our Client are looking to appoint a Sales Director to increase market share and assist with organic growth.  To create, manage and maintain business development plans and strategies you will be a motivational leader with a good knowledge of online marketing methodologies and the commercial acumen to deliver sustained profitable growth.  Your creativity will be complemented by systematic operational discipline: thereby ensuring your vision is inspirational, practical and achievable.

To fully exploit international business development opportunities (especially with corporates) your sales/marketing flair will stimulate constant improvements in customer propositions, products and services.

The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder with a demonstrable track record of success and excellent verifiable references.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills       

  • Clear Industry knowledge within Digital Marketing to include SEO technologies and Social Media Optimisation.       
  • Business Development skills (to include International experience of winning corporate business).
  • Commercial Acumen - Collate and drive accurate order/revenue forecasts KPIs.ˇ        
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing and mentoring  Sales teams
  • Drive and Passion Tenacious, Thought Leader, Creativity and Systematic approach.             
  • Full preferably clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to overseas destinations from time to time.
  • Client facing strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at board level.
