CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR / DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Leading the way in the provision of environmental testing services, they promote themselves as the leading name in customer-service delivery in this sector. Due to expansion, an exciting new role has emerged within the business for a Customer Service Director.
THE ROLE - Managing a team of science graduates, they consist of a mixture of Customer Service Reps and Project Coordinators. Providing full management of team processes, development, customer-interaction, work-allocation, performance-management, training and strategy-implementation, the role is as diverse as it is challenging. Providing full technical support to a range of corporate clients, your team represent the face of company's commitment to service delivery and as such your strength and drive as a manager is crucial. Customer-service man-management experience is vital. A science degree is beneficial as is any experience of working within a laboratory environment.
