Trainee Sales Executive - Central Bristol - £30K OTE in Year One
£20,00 - £25,000 Base Salary OTE of £30,000 Year 1 + Perks & Benefits

In addition to this, we offer a generous basic salary of £20-25k, with a likely OTE of £30,000 in your first year, which can rise quickly with our uncapped commission scheme and development opportunities.
The Trainee Sales Executive Role:
After training, you will be responsible for helping C-level executives roll our key projects more effectively by providing networking opportunities with tailored solution providers and other industry experts.
You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle - proactively prospecting to identify decision makers and a build a strong pipeline of business. Once in contact, you will build solid and enduring relationships with clients, and take a consultative approach to understand their agendas and objectives. You’ll identify client needs and consult with them about the right product solution to ensure a successful outcome and delivering a demonstrable ROI.

In order to be successful, you will need to be an intelligent, professional, determined, and motivated individual who is not afraid to work hard to deliver results. You’ll enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with challenging targets, be enthusiastic about sales and love the buzz of winning new business. You’ll be engaging with C-level executives so will need to be comfortable working with this calibre of industry leading individual, and will need to be confident, credible and engaging.
