We are recruiting a Dealer Sales Process Manager to join European Head Office and take responsibility for the implementation and management of sales process across Europe. The Dealer Sales Process Manager will play a major part in influencing at all levels across the business to achieve a first class customer experience.
Project manage the implementation of processes and measurements
Deliver sales volumes requirements in line with best practice
Ensure all sales processes are integrated actors all relevant units
Coordinate successful implementation of sales processes across European region
Communicate successes and regular reports against KPI's across the business
Identify opportunities for continuous development of the sales processes
We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced operations or project manager with a solid understanding of developing and implementing sales process and KPI's. Excellent influencing and communication skills are essential as well the ability to manage internal resources and stakeholders at all levels across Europe. Flexibly to travel across Europe on a monthly basis.
