The Customer Success Manager Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be to help take inbound enquiries through the customer journey of applying for finance, and ensuring all documentation necessary for the underwriting team is provided & ultimately helping SME's gain access to finance.
Primarily phone based, this Customer Success Manager role would suit someone who is organised, has a keen eye for detail and has a passion to help SME's and start-ups grow their businesses. Dealing with Owners and Directors, this Customer Success Manager will make themselves a key part of their clients' business plans and growth strategies
Our client is a long-term business finance provider, with an ethical & social ethos & objective. In a joint venture between a long standing financial service provider and one of London's best up & coming FinTech start-ups, this businesses objective is to provide medium sized, long term loans to SME's as well as leadership mentoring, management consultancy & overseas networking opportunities.
