An inbound telephone based role responding to customers who have enquired online about financial product,with a focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities
With over 300 employees and growing, we are looking for people to join our expanding team. We are looking for candidates who ideally have previous experience working within a targeted and busy Sales Contact Centre.You will be responsible for dealing primarily with inbound calls with potential customers who have requested to be contacted to enquire about a free PPI check on loans, mortgages and credit cards. Your role is to gather information in order to process any potential claims ensuring that you deliver an efficient and professional service at all times.
You will have the opportunity to cross sell additional products and services. To succeed in this position you will be hard working, enthusiastic and outgoing and will have excellent customer service skills. You will be natural at building rapport with customers and will quickly gain their confidence.
