My client now has a vacancy for a Customer Service Senior Manager to lead and manage their customer service team through a significant period of change. Initially offered on a 6 month contract with high potential to be extended to 12 months+.
My client is a large multinational organisation. HQ based in Newcastle.
As the Customer Service Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the customer service team (c.40 heads) through a significant period of change. This will involve developing robust and efficient customer service/sales processes and work flows as well as outstanding customer services practices. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience and timely processing of all customers and enquirers by creating and implementing a strategy for improving customer experience across all channels and in all interactions.
The successful Customer Service Senior Manager will have the following demonstrable skills:
