The Company is a luxury cloth merchant, operating in over 70 international markets, with a head office and warehouse function based in Peebles, just south of Edinburgh. The Company is currently looking to fill the following full time position:

Customer Service, Apparel Export Markets

The Role:

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of a second European language and will carry out sales administration and customer service activities providing the highest standard of service to the Company's international apparel clients.

Attributes Required:

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a second European language
  • Articulate with excellent team working and communication skills
  • Dedication to the provision of a high quality service
  • Sound IT skills and aptitude
  • Motivated and comfortable working in a demanding role
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and well organised
