Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work in their call centre in Chelmsford.
This is a position with a major UK motor group in their centralised aftersales centre. Aftersales in the motor trade primarily refers to the servicing and repair of vehicles. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, booking in their vehicles for service and repair work at their closest dealership. This is a very large and reputable dealer group and therefore you will be speaking to a high volume of customers and arranging appointments at one of a high number of dealerships across the region.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a good amount of telephone based customer service experience but this does NOT need to be in the motor industry. Previous telesales experience would be highly advantageous as you can earn commission of up to £9500 per annum which is partly based on up-selling service plans and additional service work where appropriate and beneficial to the customer. The commission is also based on the number of service bookings made, and call quality.
You will work 40 hours per week on a shift basis within the following times: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (except Thursday until 7pm) and one Saturday in three 8.30am-12 noon. Please note that you will be working shifts and will NOT therefore be working all of these hours. This is a full time permanent position. The basic salary for this role is £14500 and with the £9500 commission mentioned previously, the OTE is £24000.
