My Client is a well-respected dealer group who represent a premium German Vehicle brand across the area and who have built their excellent reputation by delivering great levels of customer service.
Due to expansion within the business an opportunity has arisen to join their aftersales team as a Vehicle Service Adviser at their Kettering operation. In this important customer facing role you will be responsible for all customer interactions including telephone or email progress updates, ensuring hassle free drop off and customer collections, the upselling of warranty and service items, all whist working closely with the back of house technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
No previous motor-trade experience is required for this role; however you will need to have had experience working in customer service, sales or other retail environments along with a good understanding of IT applications. You must be organised, able to prioritise your daily workloads and to think on your feet whist displaying a positive can do attitude.
