Customer Sales Advisor – Acton
Full time - permanent role
Salary - £18,302 per annum
A fantastic and challenging opportunity to join this leading provider of self-storage services as a Customer Sales Advisor has come up!!
Your principle objective is to guarantee customers an excellent level of service whilst at the same time ensure the highest level of sales for the Company.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate strong and proven experience and knowledge within a customer service role involving sales. It would be advantageous if you have experience within a retail background where you would have dealt with a diverse group of customers.
Main responsibilities include:
Deal effectively with sales enquiries from customers.
Maximize every sales enquiry to ensure the store hits its target.
Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures.
Maintain a clean and tidy store.
In instances of lone working or in the absence of Store Manager and Supervisors, you take key holder responsibility.
Ensure that the store ‘bad debt’ is kept to a minimum and implementing procedures and controls to recover any bad debt.
The successful applicant will:
Be a computer literate with a good level of written and verbal communication skills.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Be naturally target driven and always exploring every possible opportunity.
Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Be comfortable working in a small team environment.
Be adaptable to lone working.
Be well organised with demonstrated ability to prioritise and effectively complete multiple tasks.
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Be ideally living within a 30 minute commute of Chelsea or Fulham.
