Driven Motor Jobs is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist for a valued client.

You will be integral to the Company's vision of cherishing its customers. You will understand how to deliver an industry-leading purchase experience and will help to ensure that this is what they are delivering to thier customers.

You will find opportunities to further assist within the current customer enquiries, and after reconfirming requirements you will agree positive next actions - ideally leading to the customer's enquiry being satisfied.

Where relevant, you will understand where customers' enquiries are yet to be satisfied and what could have been done differently - helping to build a picture of areas that can be improved upon in order to enhance the delivery of cherishing customers.

To thrive, you will have excellent skills of communication, persuasion and negotiation. You will be keen to develop win-win situations and bring a natural charisma to your role.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
