International Medical business currently expanding their Customer Service / Account Management team, looking for an experienced customer service professional with a track record of delivering outstanding service to customers in an office environment.
This international pharmaceutical organisation has entered a period of exciting growth in terms of both profit and volume - they are continually working to reinforce their market position and as a result of internal promotions an opportunity has arisen to appoint two talented Customer Service Executives in their international department.
You will manage a broad cross section of international accounts. Dealing with sales enquiries and sourcing of products from a range of international suppliers. You will also have the autonomy to personally manage and develop certain strategic accounts providing quotations and negotiating terms for accounts based in the UK and Internationally.
Reporting to a Team Leader you will possess a customer service background who can demonstrate real customer care.
Although not essential, an understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Import/Export markets would be of real benefit.
Language skills would also be an advantage.
