London/South East Location (Mostly Home based / minimal Office)
£40,000 Basic Pro Rata (£24,000) + 20% performance related Bonus (total £29,000 OTE) for 24 hours per week

The Inside Sales Executive Opportunity.
The role would suit an experienced sales person, looking to reduce their hourly commitment per week.
We are looking for a great communicator to join our business development team, located in the London/South East region. The chosen applicant will be responsible for helping to promote our top quality offerings to carefully selected major businesses across Europe.
Your responsibilities will be balanced between outbound calls to nominated target accounts and qualification of filtered inbound enquiries, supporting a key account strategy directed by the Business Development team. The goal is to find and/or qualify leads to opportunities - this role is all about professional quality rather than numbers.
You will be well spoken, articulate, personable and very comfortable engaging with new business contacts in leading global organisations, with an understanding of the business landscape in Europe, possessing a strong and exploratory spirit, self-motivation and good sales or tele-prospecting experience.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
+ Natural ability and comfort with the use of your communication skills to find and then engage with the relevant business people in our target market
+ Possess a proactive mentality, a professional commitment to make key connections, with a passionate and positive attitude over the phone
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exemplary English language skills; other west European language skills of distinct interest
+ Solid sales, telesales or new business account management experience and track record selling to significant multi-national organisations
+ Reasonable knowledge and understanding of the business landscape across Europe
+ Digital selling skills and track record through effective use of email and social media
+ Initiative and intent to quickly transition through induction to prospecting activities
+ Team player used to regular interactions with internal stakeholders, primarily Business Development and Marketing
+ Nice to have some entry level science or engineering interest or background
