My client excel in building strong client partnerships creating bespoke packages through corporate events. This dynamic business pride themselves on promoting from within, delivering exceptional training and creating a fun, collaborative working culture.

Description

My client seeks a Corporate Hospitality Manager to sell their event packages and solutions into the corporate market and brand partners across UK & Europe. You will show your flare for both business development and relationship building creating new accounts and retaining them.

  • Generate new business by identifying senior corporate buyers and promoting the range of products, solutions and packages to them

  • Work to sales performance targets on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Drive profitability and client experience by working with the Marketing Partnerships team and assist them in offering brand/value added experience at our events

  • Lead generation and prospect management

  • Planning, developing and presenting pitches

Profile

  • Strong commercial awareness

  • Proven track record of successfully growing sales YOY

  • Strong relationship management

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Experience working with a luxury product/premium service, live music, events, corporate hospitality, entertainment

  • Excellent written skills

  • Compelling and effective presentation style with the ability and confidence to converse and influence buying decisions at CEO/Director level

  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm

  • Great interpersonal skills and charm - someone who is really excited at building high level relationships and delighting clients and consumers

Job Offer

Basic salary 30k + commission scheme
