Corporate BDM Sales - Telecommunications

Location: Roles all over the UK

Package: £34k-£38k Base, uncapped £68k-£76k OTE + superb benefits

My client is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world and are looking to expand their Corporate Mid-Market team sales team with 3 new Corporate BDM’s. You will be responsible for around 300 accounts across your defined territory. Working alongside a TAM you will be responsible for the retention and growth within those accounts. This role is very client facing and you will be tasked with upselling SIP, IPT and fixed lines through to mobile convergence

You will work with the Sector Business Manager, creating and implementing account development strategies that succeed in exploiting the full business potential of the client base, in line with business targets and objectives. Ideally you will understand and sell the whole product portfolio, including voice, data and new customer solutions as introduced to grow revenue within the defined client base. Particularly focusing on new product/services. You will develop close relationships at every appropriate level and fully understand the business especially the buying and decision-making process of the accounts and proactively seek opportunities to create new revenue streams including joint Business Development activity.

In return you will receive a basic salary of £34-38k, on target earnings of £68-76k with all the usual perks of working for a FTSE organisation. The top sales people are earning in excess of £90k through a superb commission plan where success is rewarded. You will receive structured sales training throughout you career and the opportunity to progress up the company ladder for high achievers is offered.
