Our client is a highly successful business that has transformed the commercial effectiveness of taking products to market and developing long term sales effectiveness through field sales force and telesales provision. Their current client base includes both major international and UK pharmaceutical and Health and Beauty manufacturers.
To continue to offer their full range of services to customers they require a Corporate Account Manager within their Consumer Commercial services team. The role will involve managing and developing current and new accounts. Preparing and presenting commercial arguments that ensure constant sales business growth within these accounts. You will work closely with the operations teams to meet sales and margin revenue targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be involved in developing strategy with the senior team.
Ideal candidates will possess classical National account management skills backed up with strong commercial judgement and excellent negotiation skills. A successful record in customer relationship management is essential. A consultative and solution based approach is essential to ensure delivery of complete customer satisfaction. An understanding of field marketing or in:house field teams would be beneficial. A confident business developer with an understanding of the business to business sales process is required.
