Job Title: Contact Centre Agent (Multiple Positions Available)

Location: Bradford

Salary: £7.50 per hour (starting rate)

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week (Evenings and weekends)

A market leading home improvement company seeks to recruit passionate and professional 'Contact Centre Agents' for multiple positions within its newly created Contact Centre.

Job Role:

  • The role requires exceptional levels of customer service via inbound calls.
  • The role is focused on the ownership and resolution of customer queries, including advice and guidance on the installation process, registering sales, taking card payments, customer retentions and ensuring that all customer contact is accurately logged and maintained.
  • Full training will be provided, however candidates must have previous experience in a similar customer service / call centre environment.
  • There are no sales involved or commission related pay and applicants should be motivated, articulate and passionate about providing an excellent customer service experience.
