Artis Customer Contact are currently supporting an ethical organisation as it continues its exciting journey of global growth.

As a Commercial Manager you will deliver value to our UK business by supporting our UK Sales Planning and Performance management processes. Your commercial knowledge, ability to develop trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders and ability to draw out data driven insights will be key to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets, profitability, volume and customer spend for your accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Accurately forecasting and management of plan volumes & customer investment using spreadsheet and internal systems on the above timeframes. Understanding the drivers of change with weekly communication of these changes and adjusting to ensure delivery of business plan.
  • Inspiring and engaging customers to create positive change by increasing product range, space, off shelf feature, consumer activation and sustainability agenda & goals.
  • Day to day communication and interaction with Head of sales and cross functional teams to optimise execution of the plans in a changing environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

If you love working collaboratively in a high energy environment then this could be right up your street. Extensive experience working in reporting systems for FMCG/ Consumer Goods is highly advantageous for this role along with extensive experience in complex dataset analytics with the ability to draw out key insights.

The successful candidate will be confident at managing multiple internal stakeholders and exhibit a can-do attitude in delivering solutions to issues that arise every day.
