This company is looking to hire new business sales executives who want to improve their earnings in the high growth cyber & information security management sector.

The role goal is simple - To develop and grow new prospects in target markets and convert them quickly into profitable, sustainable customers managed by their customer success team.

Previous experience in sales is very beneficial and will be rewarded accordingly especially if you are already working well in fast-paced sales, ideally cloud software, for example selling packaged CRM, Accounting, Security software to mid-size enterprises. But more importantly, they are looking for the right foundations to build on so will consider people with less sales experience.

How you will contribute to success
- Winning profitable new customers in their target sectors & markets

What you'll be doing from their Brighton office
- Communicating the drivers & issues surrounding information security, privacy, compliance and regulatory change
- Showing why & how their online Information Security Management System helps get better results than anything else
- Legally & ethically prospecting and developing opportunities using phone, email & social engagement channels
- Qualifying needs of prospects & helping them identify the best solution within their packaged range of services, or quickly qualifying out & making suggestions of what else they might do for success
- Effectively demonstrating the online cloud software system to qualified prospects using a remote webinar service
- Tailoring proposals, closing deals and processing orders using their proposal management & accounting software services
- Collaborate where required with other key team members in marketing, partnering & customer success
- Handing off to the high touch consulting sales team where required

You won't be
- Negotiating complicated commercial or legal agreements - their solutions are packaged unless bespoke (which will be done by another team in the near term at least)
- In-depth pre-sales technical activity on information security, privacy or legal matters
- Inlife consulting or coaching around information security, privacy or legal matters

You will be

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Well organised and have meticulous attention to detail
- Commercially aware and target-oriented
- Committed and ambitious with a thirst to learn and develop
- Very comfortable using digital tools and services - we work in a paperless office
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
