Job Title: Sales Operations Manager, Sales Service Manager, Client Delivery Manager
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Package: £40,000 to £45,000 + car/car allowance + bonus + exceptional benefits
We are a multinational business that thrives in an entrepreneurial dynamic area. We require a Sales Operation Manager.
We have created a fantastic opportunity for a commercially trained Client Service and Sales Operations Manager to join the team and make a significant contribution to our commercial sales strategy. You will report to Head of sales supporting the Commercial/Sales team ensuring service agreements are implemented and new contracts are project managed from agreement to implementation. In addition you will manage the budget process and a team of 2.
Key responsibilities will include being heavily involved in all commercial decision making, developing and building short, medium and long term forecasts, including organising and leading customer priorities. You will have full ownership of P&L’s as well as the reporting of KPI’s with the focus being on acting as the main business partner to the Sales and Marketing teams. Also, you will control all master data and proactively manage the financial interface with our UK customers, including directing telesales and telemarketing teams
You will have a strong business related degree and a commercial FMCG background in sales, supply chain planning or customer service. Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to probe and analyse information you will also be an excellent people manager. In addition you will be a strong project manager and a change agent. Ideal candidates will have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and recognise how analysis can improve efficiency and profitability.
