Description

• Provide a high standard of customer service

• Listen to clients requests and provide pro-active and immediate communications through

• Telephone, email and web-based software experience needed

• Calculate quotations promptly and accurately

• Follow up on each quote generated to maximise sales activity

• Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales

• Coordinate and schedule charter flights to allow the efficient use of the fleet, maximise fleet

• Full administrative sales support, including raising client paperwork and securing payment

• Continual liaison and successful communication with both internal and external clients/suppliers

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals/suppliers

• Gather market and customer information and record accordingly

• Represent client at trade exhibitions and events

• Support business needs as requested by Senior Managers

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion of company and client information

Profile

The ability and desire to sell with a strong commercial awareness

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A flair for providing innovative solutions to meet client's needs.

A positive and determined attitude maintained in pressurised

situations

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Shift system including weekends and on call rotation.

Job Offer

Basic salary of £24,00 after probation £25,000 plus commission of circa £5,000 on top
