As Client Manager you will manage a portfolio of client relationshipswith our rapidly growing list of e-commerce retailers and build long termmutually beneficial partnerships. In this role, you serve as the primary business interface for ourClients through the entire lifecycle of the relationship and work closely withour Clients to help them develop and deploy new capabilities and growthprograms designed to grow and efficiently operate their international ecommercebusiness. The Client Manager will oversee multiple accounts, anticipate andmanage the resolution of operational issues, lead and drive growth strategiesfor his/her Clients and become a trusted advisor consulting our clients oninternational ecommerce best practices. The Client Manager will collaborateinternally with our Product, Operations, Consumer Products and Insights andProfessional Services teams on new innovations, product roadmap features, newsolutions, market insights, solution adoption and implementations.

The position shall be based out of our Londonoffice with regular client visits, and report to the VP, EMEA, Global ECommerceand will be responsible for:

* Maintain the health of our relationship with each client through:

* Working with the Technical Project Manager to ensure new clients experience an efficient onboarding process

* Maintaining regular contact and extending relationships within clients’ organisations

* Anticipating and resolving issues that impact our quality of service to the client

o Liaising with internal departments to ensure that any clientrelated tasks are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

* Drive and Support growth for our clients by:

* Determining appropriate new features for clients and building business cases to demonstrate their value

* Understanding client roadmaps and ensuring needs are anticipated and opportunities are identified

* Working with the Technical Project Manager to ensure initiatives are delivered within expected timescales as agreed with the client

* Ensuring that new functionality that will drive growth for multiple clients is on our product roadmap

* Perform analysis on growth opportunities

* Perform competitive analysis

* Provide analysis to feed into quarterly business reviews for key clients

Qualifications Skills& Experience

* At minimum of 5 years proven client management experience, in an e-commerce and technology environment

* Demonstrated ability of having managed Enterprise-level customers for growth

* Ability to interact with client personnel at various levels, including Director and C-levels

* Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time management skills

* Broad understanding of e-commmerce and the following specialties

* International / Cross-border e-commerce

* Technology

* Shipping/Logistics Strategies

* Affiliate/Marketing Environment

* Experience of successfully developing and achieving sign-off on Business Cases

* Ability to influence others and resolve issues to drive initiatives through to completion

* Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise

* Works to deadlines and thrives under pressure

* Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

* Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction, possesses a high level of initiative

* Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
