A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive within our client's franchise approved Car Sales Department in Cheltenham!
Working with a close-knit and friendly team, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance related products and warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advice customers of any delays. You are required to ensure demonstration vehicles are well maintained, clean and available at all times. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the car. You must also explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required.
To succeed in this role you will ideally have car sales experience (preferably within a franchise dealer environment) however our client will also consider candidates that have strong and stable customer service/customer facing sales experience outside the motor trade with an interested in the motor trade, a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company and the brand our client represents. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
For your hard work our client is offering a £12,000 basic starting annual salary with an uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of at least £35,000 per annum and a company car. You will be required to work an average 45 hour week and the hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm (scheduled day off in week), Saturday 8:45am-5:00pm, and Sunday 10:45am-4:00pm (Sundays on a rota).
