The successful Business Development Manager - Serviced Offices will look after 2-5 sites in central London, leading tours, generating interest and closing business.
My client are looking for proven and consultative BDMs who have sold business services B2B.

Actively source prospective clients.
Build relationships and work with agents and brokers to source new business
Work with the Sales Support Group to source new business and respond rapidly to all new leads
Drive new and existing business development and revenue generating opportunities by adopting a professional sales approach with all clients ensuring that all leads of followed up promptly and maximum effort is made to manage and secure a sale
Maximise centre occupancy and workstation rate to meet and exceed targets.
To forecast activity and results for the purpose of setting centre budgets for Board approval
Introduce and maintain high levels of team spirit and be a team player
Work with the Operations Team to ensure the needs of the new clients are always met.
The successful Business Development Manager - Serviced Offices should have the following skills/experience:
A proven track record in a new business focused role.
A consultative sales approach.
Gravitas to sell to C-level executives.
The ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
The Successful Business Development Manager - Serviced Offices will receive:
- Basic Salary up to £45,000 plus BONUS plus OTE
- Realistic Annual Earnings circa £80k
