The Role for an outstanding opportunity for a Business Development Manager

  • Technology to drive cashflow and liquidity, freeing up resource and supercharging their capabilities across all other functions of the business.
  • This role will focus within tier 1 retailers
  • The solutions are underpinned by decades worth of experience.
  • Your remit will be to generate new business and you will have the freedom to engage with any organisation within the industry.
  • You'll be speaking to c-level contacts in a range of business size; small to enterprise, and who in the most part, will know of the benefits of this type of solution but will likely not have something tailored to their needs.
  • You will get full marketing/technical support from the business.
  • You will be supported by internal sales and marketing support.

Requirements for the Business Development Manager are as follows:

  • Experience selling to tier 1 and tier 2 retailers at operational manager upwards
  • Operational retail understanding - eg Security, RFID, Cash Handling, Stock Checking
  • New business mentality
  • Ability to sell on 'return on investment' and 'goals' rather than price.
  • Real drive and motivation.
  • Someone who genuinely cares about making a positive difference to clients
  • 100k deal sizes

The Package for Business Development Manager

  • £50-55k basic
  • £80k OTE (uncapped)
  • Travel expenses.
