Having recently developed a solution which aggregates their database of individuals, business and address information into an easily navigable, data visualisation tool. Operating as a new business unit from a hugely successful online information provider, they are in a position to aggressively take this solution to the public sector.

As a Business Development Manager - Public Sector, you will be responsible for closing new business across the public sector, but with particular focus on Central and Local Government, Police forces and treasury.
Sales cycles will scale in line with the size of the opportunity. You'll be able to take ownership of the market, selling £10,000-£500,000 annual subscriptions. You will have a focus on developing strategic business within Tier 1 accounts, and fuelling pipeline with shorter sales cycles. You will take ownership of the full 360 cycle.
To be successful in this role you will need to focus on being client facing as much as possible. Each sale will require navigation through the public procurement process.
