How you will do it
Managing opportunities through the sales process to closure:
Developing Market awareness 10%
Develop/Identify new opportunities within New Logos 10%
Prioritize & qualify leads 20%
Develop Solution and build business case 30%
Negotiate & Close 20%
Handover to Operations/Engagement Management 10%

Sales Experience
Shopping Center/Landlord/Agent Industry knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation skills
Ability to lead/nurture virtual teams
