A leading blue chip business with a head office based in North Surrey is looking for a business development manager to join one of its divisional business streams. Joining a growing and developing team, the role enters the business as it continues to post exceptional growth year on year.
To further develop this momentum the team that develops business with large businesses in turn has created this exciting, new opportunity. The role will work over the phone and face to face to sell the companies suit of products and services which are all people / HR related.
Offering a basic of up c £45,000 and a great commission structure, the role offers the opportunity to earn well, with OTE's sitting at £70,000. The role can be based from North Surrey, Central London and the business do offer some flexibility and home working.
An autonomous role we are looking for a hungry go getter who is highly commercial and focused. New ideas will be encouraged, supported and nurtured.
To apply you should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of developing new business in complex, service driven B2B environments. You should experienced selling to and networking with HR professionals. You should be accomplished at working within vertical set ups and display high levels of appreciation of organisational behaviour. You should be able to get to a North Surrey location with ease and be comfortable travelling regularly. You should also be able to commute to central London with relative ease.
