The Business Development Manager primary focus is to own the business development lifecycle to win large, complex and profitable new contracts. In addition to new name clients, this includes organic growth from within the existing client base and renewals of current contracts. The role demands the highest standards of leadership of a bidding team drawn from all parts of the organisation.

Actively maintain a strong knowledge on the industry, client, sector and competitor trends
Work with a variety of internal, external and sister company sources to research and analyse prospective opportunities, markets and propositions
Actively manage the routes to market and Identify and attend networking events
Engage and nurture relationships across the industry which will generate new business opportunities
Keep all stakeholders informed as opportunities progress through the cycle
The successful BDM should have the following skillset:
Basic Salary up to £65,000 plus OTE
