Business Development Manager - Commercial Sales - £35-44K, £60K OTE + Company Car/Allowance

The Role: Territory based Business Development Manager role, selling commercial waste collections; recycling & food waste disposal.

Targeting both public sector & private sector businesses; education, NHS, shopping centres, restaurants & hotels, the successful candidate will be targeted on attending 4 meetings per week. The average order sizes range between £100K-750K, you will be responsible for prospecting new business across your territory. Building relationships with internal stakeholders will be key to your success.

The Company: £900 Million turnover market leader in the waste disposal industry. Established for over 100 years, they have led the way for development and innovation for waste services. They are now looking to recruit an experienced sales person to support continued growth and success!

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Solution led sales experience
  • Ideally sold a C-level
  • Dynamic, ambitious & energetic
  • Full UK Driving License

Benefits of this role:

  • Starting salary between £35-44,000, plus £15-20,000K OTE
  • Company car or allowance, fuel card & laptop
  • 121's every two months
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
