Business Development Manager - CCTV & Alarm Systems
£30,000 to £35,000, 100% Uncapped OTE, Car or Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile
Founded in the 1980's, my client has established themselves as one of the UK's leading suppliers of integrated electronic security systems.
Their success stems from providing an extensive range of retail loss prevention and security solutions to the UK market along with a wealth of experience within this specialist industry and providing the highest quality solutions to exceed their customers' requirements.
Their services range from risk and threat analysis, design, installation, service and maintenance of small individual installations, through to large integrated security systems. Their product ranges include Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Security and Fire Alarms.
They are turning over £8m at the moment, but with their current growth plans they are on course to get to £50m in the next 3 Years.
This is a growth role, created to help convert the increased amount of incoming business as well as managing key existing accounts in the territory. The focus of this role is to drive new business sales in the Yorkshire region. Reporting into the Leeds office, the successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of selling security solutions into business (not residential).
To be considered for this position, candidates MUST have the following skills and experience:
- Proven successful experience of selling CCTV, Alarm and Fire Systems into
companies - NOT the domestic market.
- A strong track record of sales success
- The ability to generate your own new business appointments
- Motivated by commission and a hard work ethic
- A clean UK Driving Licence
