We urgently require three Business Development Managers as key recruits into our Air Conditioning team (Aircon). You will play a pivotal role driving sales within a dedicated channel with the knowledge that you have a phenomenal support team behind you driving marketing, pre-sales and after-sales.
Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you will take full responsibility for an annual sales business plan based on given targets. You will develop, manage and forecast your project pipeline to achieve your sales targets. This involves generating and growing business through specifications, key strategic contractors and B2B activity.
This role requires a self confident and motivated sales achiever with a proven track record of delivery as a senior sales professional within the Air Con sector. You will have a network of contacts and exceptional working relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors as well as National End User Accounts.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to get your point across internally, and demonstrate a clear strategic and lateral thinking approach to the role. You would be joining a world class company with an enviable reputation and an outstanding product portfolio, with the potential for promotion within the group.
