The successful applicant will be responsible management and development of the firms' Business Development plans for the Midlands region. The position will drive Business development activity for the region. You'll build a new pipeline whilst retaining and developing business from an existing client base.
- Devise and implement new business and marketing plans
- Work in conjunction with fee earners & partners
- Shape excellence in Client experience
- Manage BD Budget
- Monitor and track performance of BD/Marketing activity
What We're Looking For:
To be considered you should have a proven track record of delivery in a similar Business Development position within a corporate environment.
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of Business development within professional Services
- Ability to build strong internal relationships
- Previously managed BD activity within the Midlands region
- Ability to drive and mentor a BD team
