The purpose of the Business Development Manager is to support the growth of the BMS and Projects Divisions by generating new business and bringing in new accounts. The Business Development Manager will be required to to attend various networking events, meet with end users and promote the company's brand.

• Gain new business
• Research prospect customers and bring on board
• Negotiate with customers and build positive relationships
• Proactive client engagement
• Working with end users
• Accurate and timely sales and product forecasting
• Any other duties requested by the board of Directors

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have a track record of sales experience
• Thrives on generating new business and nurturing existing relationships
• Has facilities management experience
• Has sold into the public sector (private also welcome, public is preferable)
• Any BMS experience would be a bonus
