The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be calling on health & safety managers, site operatives and buyers; spending around a third of your time with end users such as manufacturers, engineering firms and construction sites, with the rest of your time backselling through national and independent distributors. The Company: With over two decades of trading history behind them, our client is a mid-level player now looking to expand their sales team. They manufacture and distribute a wide range of PPE products including workwear, hi-vis items, footwear, gloves and overalls, as well as working on bespoke products. Now seeking a new Business Development Manager in the Midlands.
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales skills
You will ideally have sold an industrial product into end users such as construction sites or engineering companies
Solution orientated sales people with excellent territory planning skills
