Business Development Manager - Flooring - £31k OTE £45k + Car

The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be looking to develop accounts amongst independent flooring retailers and tile retailers. This role involves calling on business owners, managers and buyers with accounts retained once established. A full company induction with product training is provided and there are realistic sales career opportunities to move into account or commercial management as they have an active policy of promoting from within.

The Company: This internationally renowned firm has retained a traditional family feel yet embraces forward thinking and innovation. They manufacture a range of luxury vinyl flooring tiles and also sell ancillary items such as cleaning and adhesive products. Now seeking a new Business Development Manager as they expand their already highly successful sales team.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • You must have a track record of new business sales
  • Likeable and professional sales people with plenty of ambition are sought
