Business Development Manager - Packaging - £25-30k OTE £40k + Car

The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be tasked with looking for new accounts, dealing with sectors including builders merchants, warehousing, manufacturers and the pharmaceutical industry. You will be talking to factory managers and company directors, offering great quality products and a very strong portfolio of finished stock merchandise in their warehouse already. A full company induction and product training course is on offer here for the new business development manager as well as ongoing development.

The Company: This company is amongst the market leaders in their sector and supplies a wide range of packaging products including bulk bags, paper and polythene products and aluminium foil laminates. They are currently recruiting for an additional Business Development Manager to join their sales team as they enjoy some recent success.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A B2B sales track record is essential
  • Resilient, consultative and money-motivated sales people will succeed here
