This Business Development Manager role involves selling ERP software and associated services to organisations with a turnover in the region of £3-60m. The BDM position is considered as a critical hire for the company, is a new business focused role and looking to contribute to the rapid growth of the business over the coming years.

Requirements:

  • Either an understanding of the ERP space or to have sold the solution previously
  • Candidates must be consultative in their approach and able to understand business drivers
  • Hunger, drive and the ambition to look to progress to a sales management/director position over the next couple of years and to grow a team below them

The Package:

  • Basic: Circa £40k
  • Bonus / OTE: £80-100k
  • Benefits: £5k car allowance, healthcare and pension, laptop, mobile, 22 days holiday

The Company:

  • Small but growing business, looking to double their turnover in the next three years
  • Good reputation in the space in which they operate

Location: Midlands base preferably, although this is a home-based role
