Business Development role within the office cleaning services are looking for an experienced sales person to grow the business across the Birmingham and West midlands area.
The client is a very reputable leading independent firm of commercial property agents for offices and industrial units in Birmingham, Black Country, Solihull and West Midlands.
They specialise in commercial property consultancy focused on the Midlands region, with offices in Birmingham and Solihull.
Within the cleaning arm they want to expand and focus on their office cleaning services as a business.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
Gain an understanding of the needs of existing customers and how to add value to their business in this area
Research and investigate innovative business opportunities which benefit the customer and are profitable
Identify and build the key relationships to develop business opportunities
Manage business development reporting tools (Sales Force) to ensure accurate business information
Produce exceptional proposal documentation
Actively participate in collaboration activities for the success of new business
Build and maintain effective working relationships
Actively develop knowledge of customers industry, and their competitors
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
Packing Services industry knowledge, existing contacts and relationships
Prioritising and managing a number of customer relationships at a senior level.
Able to quickly establish and maintain a wide network of trusting relationships

Salary on offer between £30,000 and £35,000 with OTE and other benefits
