The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be looking after a network of specialist wholesalers, with the majority of your time spent with specialist lighting OEMs. You will be talking to buyers, business owners and design engineers in a primarily business development capacity, getting products specified for use in items such as microscopes, security products, projector manufacturing and entertainment lighting. A full company induction and product training course is on offer here and ongoing sales career options are bright.
The Company: This global company has a superb name in the lighting industry and has been manufacturing for more than 100 years. They are looking for a new Business Development Manager in the North of England to sell specialist lighting products including airfield lighting, cinema lighting, UV and infrared products.
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales skills
You must have experience of LED or lighting technology
A face-to-face sales track record, probably from a specification background
Professional and structured sales people with great negotiation skills

£40,000 - £45,000 Base Salary
