Elevation Sales are currently looking for an experienced Sales professional to join a well-established manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company who really do value their staff. The business run generous incentive schemes to drive an ambitious work force which includes a small Sales team of internal and external Sales professionals.

This role will act as the number 2 to the Head of Sales, therefore you will take on staff management duties as and when required but the main remit of the role will be Business Development. This role would suit someone who is highly ambitious who can demonstrate success in a high-pressure sales environment.

You will need to demonstrate confidence in working alone, dealing with key accounts and identifying areas of business growth. The right candidate will be commercially astute with strong mathematical skills which will be used on a daily basis and may be tested during the interview process.

The company are keen to attract someone who is very ambitious with lots of energy and drive to encourage the current sales team and lead by example. This is not a direct management role but will support the Head of Sales by taking on these responsibilities during times of absence.

This is a progressive role which will offer hands on training and the opportunity for internal promotions as the business expands. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to gain industry knowledge and improve your relationship building skills but will need to demonstrate your natural flair for networking and winning new business.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills;

*Previous experience of a Field based Business Development role is essential to this role
*Experience of winning new business and the ability to demonstrate this success is essential
*Strong maths skills - this will be testing during the interview process
*Ambitious and outgoing character looking for progression
*You must be driven with proven success in reaching sales targets
