The Business Development Manager Role:

Working as a Business Development Manager, your role will be to work within the Corporate Business department, targeting some of the most impressive companies in world business. Your job will be to operate autonomously out of their London Headquarters and to win new business however you best see fit.

Ultimately, this Business Development Manager role will suit someone looking for a fast-paced, client-facing, revenue generating role in a dynamic market-leading business with ambitious growth plans. You will be communicating with prospective clients through multiple platforms, closing business face to face with plenty of travel, both nationally and internationally.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A highly ambitious, career-motivated individual
  • Ability to sell on a consultative basis to senior level stakeholders
  • Strong academic credentials (ideally a 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university)
  • Proven new business sales experience (preferably in a high-growth business)
