Business Development Manager required in Basingstoke
£20,000 Basic Salary
OTE £40,000 Uncapped
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients. The successful applicant will proactively be selling into a B2B channel and will be expected to develop and maintain a client base as well as servicing existing customers and actively sell vehicles to the Local Business Market to ensure that all sales targets are met.
The company is a market leader and has experienced rapid growth over the last few years and is therefore looking to expand their sales team.
You must be target driven with an outgoing personality.
Excellent communication skills.
The drive and the determination coupled with genuine enthusiasm to be 'the best'.
You must be able to work within a team and independently.
You must be a quick learner.
You must have the ability to negotiate and close a sale.
To succeed in this role you will need to be committed to providing the highest quality of service to local customers, have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail, confidence, smart appearance and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential.
A full UK driving licence is essential
