THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling umbrella services into the recruitment sector. Operating in a new business capacity, you will need to be comfortable self-generating opportunities, closing leads and converting incoming enquiries. Day to day you will speak to finance managers, HR directors and business owners.
THE PERSON: Whilst it would be advantageous if you had previously worked within the payroll or recruitment sector, our client will also look at high performing sales professionals from other related sectors. During the interview process, you will need to show strong sales structure, have a naturally consultative style and great closing skills.
