A Business Development Manager position has emerged through rapid growth. My client is looking for a bright and commercially minded individual with a consultative new-business sales approach. This individual will qualify leads, open doors and close new accounts; through web demos, and face-to-face meetings. Reaching out to senior Marketing Directors, Finance Managers and Data teams you will reach quarterly targets within the finance, processional services, media, technology and retail sectors. Working to sales cycles of 3-6 months you will demonstrate strategy, resilience and the ability to build client relationships.
.Salary £40,000 - £50,000 Base level, plus OTE (Basic dependant on experience).
.Progression - Consultants join as a 'Level 1' Business Development Manager, and can progress through to 'Level 4' whereby the Base salary can increase to circa £70,000.
.As the London office grows, it is also likely that this role will progress into a leadership capacity for high-performers who are interested in management.
