Business Development Manager £50,000 Basic Double OTE Home/Field based

Our Client is looking for an Agency and New Business Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with proven agency and direct sales experience in creative production, who is looking to take the next step up in terms of remit and earning potential.
The key job function is to deliver the sales strategy through existing and new business, and through establishing partnerships with Distributors and Media Agencies.
As part of this role - you will have unrestricted access to an existing client base of HOT big brand leads that our client already services elsewhere.
You will be someone with a desire to join a fast growing company where you can make a tangible and lasting difference. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling to media agencies, prospecting for new clients, cold calling, brand advertising, response advertising and using other means to generate interest with potential clients.
You will have knowledge of the digital creation and advertising market and willingness to gain a solid understanding of our product offering as well as that of our competitors. Developing and maintaining a good rapport with clients is critical to ensure recurring business. You will have drive, tenacity, a consultative sales approach and proven ability to close deals with agencies and B2B
Our client seeks a self-starting “entrepreneurial” professional, capable of establishing a solid base of sales operation. We expect you to bring technical sales experience for selling creative services across multiple sectors. You will communicate and troubleshoot at all levels and liaise with clients advising them on the creative solutions to achieve their needs. Essentially, you will drive development activity across the accounts and immerse yourself in the creative world – pushing the boundaries and integrating innovation to achieve commercial potential for clients.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Managing Director to drive new business across target organisations from a digital strategy, creative, design and production perspective. We are a “network and relationship” based business and aspire to be Partners, rather than suppliers, with our clients, as such we open the brief and create bespoke solutions to achieve their target strategies.
The successful candidate will come from a creative sales background, possess strong experience in building client relationships and developing new accounts and have an enviable network of industry contacts.
